DIY Pom-Pom Garland
Hi Everyone,
You know when you have every intention of getting that ambitious project done and life just gets in the way? Well that is what happened to second post of 14 Days of Valentine's... At least I am still posting right?!
So here it is... How to make the more adroable, simple and cheap pom-pom garland to spice up your home this valentines day! <3
I picked up two packs of Valentine's themed pom-poms from the dollar store, along with some pink cotton thread and a plastic knitting needle in order to string these pom-poms together. I prefered having the colours in random order and kept going till I reached the right length for my mantle.
Check out the video below to see how to do it yourself!
Now wasn't that simple? :)
Here are some photos of the final product - isn't it so fun and easy! What a great way to add a touch of colour and festiveness to your home for any holiday!
I also happened to stumble upon the lovely pink vase pictured on my mantle. You never know what bargains you are going to find when you hit your local thrift store!
I also just had to put out some Valentine's cinnamon and conversation hearts to add to the festive feeling here. I keep grabbing one or two every time I walk by... dangerous!
I hope you enjoyed learning how to make a simple garland out of just some little pom-poms. Now get going and make your own pom-pom garland for the season. Make sure to share your pictures by tagging me on Instagram!
My next post will bring you some of my apartment decor for the Valentine's season. Stay tuned...
Sincerely,
Kendra
